If you are a consignor with us (thank you!), here is how you check your consignor balance.
To check your balance, you go to: https://kaleidoscope.consignoraccess.com
Type in your consignor ID and password you would have created when we sent you the invite email.
If you did not receive the invite email, we may not have the correct email on your account.
If your email is incorrect in our system, please call the store so we can update it. 636-393-0451
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click the “forgot password” button on the website, and the system will email you a reset link.
Don’t forget – if you use your balance as store credit, you get an extra 10% off your purchase! 🙂
